Bay House is located just off the Seafront in Middlesex Road, Bexhill-on-Sea. The town centre and railway station are located within a few minutes walk.

The building originates from the early 1900s and most of the beautiful original features of this era have been retained or carefully restored. The entire building and its ground have recently been given a facelift to provide an exceptionally high standard of décor.

As you enter the home a bright elegant reception area will welcome you. The smells of home-cooked food, background sound of classical and jazz, a comfortable seating area and a warm friendly smile to greet you. The residents lounge is vast, light and airy with pockets of private areas to spend the day. The sun-drenched conservatory overlooks the heated pergola, landscaped patio and garden areas. Residents can enjoy drinks on the patio in fine weather whilst watching a game of bowls on the green just behind.

Residents rooms are located over 3 floors some of which have en-suites and some of which have views over the bowling green and sea. All rooms have recently been completely refurbished and the highest quality furniture has been selected. Each room has an electric fully-profiling bed, pressure relief mattress and seating cushions, a fully equipped personal wash stand, a luxury Queen Ann armchair and high quality storage for your personal belongings. Your room is centrally heated. All bedrooms vary in shape and size.
